That is because Windows defaults to hiding the extension of files it knows about - they seem to think it makes things simpler or more friendly for users, but it really just results in unnecessary confusion.

Now my hypotesis is that if I open the savegame with ESS Editor and delete her npc entry she will be fixed like to masculine women, but here's my problem: if "normal" npc are easy to find simply switching the "" of their ObjectID with "4" what do I have to look for if her ObjectID starts with "" instead of ""?.
